Support for our customers is an important part of our systems.

We usually rent out the product with 12-month contract.

Our helpdesk with skilled technicians is open during office hours to solve your problems. You do not risk cancelling a major live broadcast because of problems with our systems. If you need us in evenings or weekends, we can arrange also that if notified beforehand.

We know we have to deliver good system with good support for the agreements to be extended. Our customers feel secure about getting a whole that works and risk no additional costs due to malfunctioning equipment.
